About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strongbackground in Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Datacenter), and ITinfrastructure (Compute, Storage, Networks). This role requires a blend of technicalexpertise, project management, and stakeholder engagement to successfully driveprojects from planning to execution.As a TPM, you will be responsible for requirement gathering, project planning, riskassessment, and delivery management while collaborating with cross-functional teamsto ensure seamless execution. Your ability to manage customer expectations, negotiatepriorities, and resolve roadblocks will be critical to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while trackingprogress.
• Ensure project scope, resources, and risks are well-defined and managed.
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies to prevent deliveryroadblocks.
• Provide hands-on guidance on Kubernetes deployments, cloud environments,and infrastructure.
• Work closely with engineering teams to support application development,compute resources, storage solutions, and network configurations.
• Optimize infrastructure performance and scalability using Terraform andInfrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Act as a liaison between customers, technical teams, and businessstakeholders
• Gather customer requirements, translate them into technical roadmaps, andalign project goals accordingly.
• Lead discussions with internal and external teams to drive technical solutionsand strategic initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams and negotiate priorities to balance technicalfeasibility and business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (orchestration, scaling, troubleshooting).
• Experience in Compute, Storage, and Networking architectures (on-prem andcloud).
• Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Data center environments.
• Ability to gather technical requirements, track progress, and ensure on-timeproject delivery
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work across engineering, infrastructure, and operationsteams to drive solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), AWS, Azure, or PMP.
• Experience in application development, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with best practices in cloud and infrastructure environments.
